This product is supplied by Hinda, located in the US. When you place an order using your Award Miles at the Flying Blue Store, you accept the following Terms and Conditions:
Delivery Policy: In-stock, inventoried orders will generally ship within 5 business days of order receipt. On occasion, an item will be out of stock. Once it comes into stock, the item will ship within 2 business days. Delivery times can take up to 14 days. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. The merchant assumes no liability for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, absence of the recipient or force majeure.
Return Policy: A 100% guarantee is extended for any item received damaged or defective when notified within 48 hours of receipt and assuming that it is returned with all original packaging. For items that become defective within 30 days of receipt, Hinda customer service will provide a replacement. For items that become defective after 30 days of receipt, customer service will provide a proof of purchase, so the item can be serviced under the manufacturer warranty. Some manufacturers will not allow returns but will provide exceptional warranty service (Apple for example). Therefore, the participant may receive instruction on how to obtain warranty service as opposed to a complete award replacement.
Digital products are not returnable.
After the purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Hinda will send the product to you within 2 weeks.
