When you place an order using your Award Miles at the Flying Blue Store, you accept the following Terms and Conditions: 1. The Flying Blue Promotional Activities are based on spending Award Miles for the purchase of products. You may not transfer Award Miles, even to another Flying Blue account listed in your name. 2. Your Purchase Order, to which these Terms and Conditions apply, operates between you and Peuch & Besse. The purchase price of the product is the price when the Purchase Order is made. 3. Peuch & Besse is not obliged to make any payment concerning the product on offer. 4. Peuch & Besse and AIR FRANCE KLM Flying Blue, as well as the participating companies, are entitled at any time to refuse and revoke Award Miles if they suspect fraud, deception, misuse of the promotional activities, or if in their opinion this fraud, deception or misuse of the promotional activities would damage Peuch & Besse or the participating companies. In such a case, Peuch & Besse is entitled to report this to the police. 5. You agree to allow Peuch & Besse to ask AIR FRANCE and KLM to verify the information you provide as part of the Flying Blue Promotional Activities. 6. Peuch & Besse is entitled to suspend or terminate the Flying Blue Promotional Activities if circumstances beyond Peuch & Besse’s control require it. 7. Your goods should be delivered within 7 working days. Peuch & Besse is not liable for longer delivery times or an inability to deliver the ordered products in the event of force majeure, war, strike, fire or any other circumstance beyond Peuch & Besse’s control. 8. Peuch & Besse will forward your contact details to a third party, who shall use these details solely for shipping the ordered products. Your details shall not be used for other purposes. 9. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered Products immediately upon receipt and verify their conformance with the provisions of the Agreement. Peuch & Besse is to be informed of any defects identified in the delivered Products within fourteen (14) days upon receipt. Notification is to be sent to Peuch & Besse's business address: Lieu Dit Gravet, Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens, 33 333 Saint Emilion, France . If any defect is identified, the relevant Products are to be returned, at the Buyer's expense, in their original and undamaged packaging and accompanied by the original packing slip. 10. Should the consumer invoke its right of revocation, the return shipping costs will accrue to the Buyer.
