Terms and Conditions

• AIR FRANCE and KLM reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate your access to the Flying Blue Store at any time at its sole discretion.

• Flying Blue Store is for use only by eligible Flying Blue programme members.

• When purchasing a product or service via the Flying Blue Store, you are concluding a contract with the partner and not with AIR FRANCE and/or KLM. All rewards are subject to limited availability, and to the Terms and Conditions and restrictions imposed by the partner. The number of Miles required for specific rewards are subject to change at any time.

• AIR FRANCE and KLM are not suppliers of the merchandise, or the products and services. AIR FRANCE and KLM, their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees and agents make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to items of merchandise or products or services redeemable under the Flying Blue programme and shall not be liable for any loss, expense (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees), accident or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of such items or as a result of any defect or failure of such items. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are specifically disclaimed.

• For each product or service ordered, the partner’s Terms and Conditions apply.

• All redemptions are subject to the availability of sufficient Miles. Orders will be cancelled automatically in the event of insufficient Miles.

• AIR FRANCE and KLM reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions herein and the number of Miles required for redemption from time to time upon notice.

• AIR FRANCE and KLM are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods or vouchers redeemed through the Flying Blue Store.

• At any time, and without prior notice, AIR FRANCE and KLM may change or terminate the Flying Blue Store, change or terminate participating partners, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, or change the number of Miles required for any reward, even though such changes may affect the accrual or values of Miles or rewards.

• In case of any dispute arising from the Flying Blue programme, the decision of AIR FRANCE and KLM shall be final.

• AIR FRANCE and KLM are not responsible for goods or services offered by any companies participating in Miles promotions. Partner offers are subject to the terms and conditions of each individual offer. See individual offers for details. Partners are subject to change. Offers are void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply.

• The customer is liable to pay all customs charges, import duties, taxes and postal clearance fees where applicable at the destination.

• An reward can be cancelled, exchanged or returned within an 14-day period following the order. Please contact the partner directly to receive instructions about how to return merchandise or to cancel your voucher or fill in the withdrawal form and send back to the partner with the product.  Your Miles will be credited back into your account after confirmation of cancellation by the partner. • Vouchers are non-refundable once redeemed with one of our partners. Redeemed vouchers are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the relevant partner.

• Partner Terms and Conditions will apply regarding the reward. Flying Blue will not be responsible regarding product or service delivery, return or product compliance.

• In order to keep your Miles and your account secure, extra security checks are being done at Flying Blue Store. This might cause longer delivery times than usual.

• All cash transactions on the Flying Blue Store are collected by Collinson Group Limited.

• Please note any cash element of a transaction will represent the equivalent points value required in order for you to complete your purchase.  Refunds will be made respecting the original form(s) of payment.
