After buying your ticket you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a PDF document attached. This PDF contains the code(s) which you will use to obtain the valid entrance ticket to the attraction. Below, you can find the step-by-step guide to redeem the code(s) you have received.

Step 1: Go to: www.thisisholland.com/nl/tickets
Step 2: Select the ""REGULAR TICKET""
Step 3: Select your date, time and number of tickets
Step 4: Click on the check out button and enter your promotional code(s)
Step 5: Enter your details (name and e-mail address)
Step 6: Press ""order now"" and the tickets will be sent to you by e-mail

You cannot access THIS IS HOLLAND without valid entrance tickets. Please remember tickets are not changeable or refundable.
