You can exchange or extend your box for free and as many times as you wish, except in special cases referred to in article 7.6 of the Wonderbox General Terms and Conditions of Sale (https://www.wonderbox.fr/echange-prolongation.html), as long as it is before its expiration date.

Partner Terms and Conditions: Wonderbox gift boxes are delivered throughout the French metropolitan area by Colissimo, Chronopost or Mondial Relay, depending on the option selected when ordering. Once you have received your box, make your booking by calling the chosen partner directly and providing the number of your gift certificate. For overnight stays, you can also contact booking support at +33 (0)9 77 40 41 41 (local call rates). Pay for your activity with your gift certificate and then... enjoy!
