After you have purchased the award in the Flying Blue Store, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details and a voucher. With the voucher, please contact the Zineway Consumer Service desk at +33 (0)1 73 60 02 55 and choose your magazine, after which your subscription will be settled.
You will receive the first issue between 2 to 5 weeks (2-3 for weekly subscriptions/4-5 for monthly subscriptions) from the date you've placed your order at the provided address.
Please be aware that these magazines are only available for Flying Blue members with a postal address in Metropolitan France.

• Settlement and reception of the first issue is subject to the editorial board's implementation delay and the publishing dates of the magazine
The magazine service is provided by ADLPartner (registered under number 393 376 801 Compiègne), with its head office at 3 Avenue de Chartres 60500 Chantilly, France, acting on behalf of the editors.
It allows you to receive magazines in print or digital version, in exchange of your Miles. You will not be charged any cost for your press subscription. The service is settled within the following deadlines, from the date of your order: daily publications: from 1 to 2 weeks, weekly publications: from 2 to 3 weeks, monthly and other publications: from 4 to 5 weeks. The subscription length is précised on the product details page. If you decide to cancel your magazine service before it ends, your Miles will not be refunded. If your magazine ceases publication, we will replace it by a similar magazine for the remaining subscription period in order to ensure the continuity of the service.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978, users have the right to access, rectify or delete their personal data which can be exercised by sending a request to ADLPartner, 3 rue Henri Rol-Tanguy, 93100 Montreuil, France.
