This product is supplied by LEAPS International Loyalty Limited located in Hong Kong (SAR). This product may be subject to local import duties if ordered from outside your country. Please refer to your local regulations for import of goods for online purchases. When you place an order using your Award Miles at the Flying Blue Store you accept the following Terms and Conditions:Delivery Policy
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. LEAPS will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels by the courier company.
Delivery Time Orders can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders will arrive within 10-14 business days after processing normally. If you are redeeming products during promotional periods, it may take a little longer for our products to be delivered to you.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, cover restrictions, logistics or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
KYC Requirements Countries like India, Pakistan and Indonesia are applicable under KYC regulations for receiving incoming parcels.
Proof of address must be presented to customs when clearing the shipment. The lack of these documents means delay in customs clearance as the shipments go to the customs bond until the KYC documents are provided by the sender or receiver in India. Make sure the recipient details match the KYC documents. You can provide your KYC directly to the related Forwarder Aramex, DHL or FedEx.
